Returns Policy

We’re committed to selling high-quality products we hope you’ll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed.

If you change your mind within 30 days
Most things we sell are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, just return the item to us unused and in its original, unaltered packaging for a full refund. If you’ve made any alterations to the item, including removing it from the packaging, then we will partially refund you based on the condition of the item.

Faulty Products

If you believe your item has developed a fault, please use the contact form to get in touch. Once the item has been returned, we will require up to 14 working days to fully test and repair the product. If the item is unrepairable and still under warranty, we will arrange a replacement for you.

Warranty Repairs & Replacements

All items bought from Geekscooters (except consumables) include a 12 month manufacturers warranty that begins from the day you take ownership of the goods. The manufacturer’s warranty covers any malfunctions or faults that may develop. It does not cover accidental damage such as crash or water damage. We work closely with our network of manufacturers to carry out the warranty process as efficiently as possible. Please note that we will always try to repair faulty items
